In most cases, arrangements will be made to pick up the class projects approximately one week after the class to allow for completion of the firing and finishing process.

Designs by Ja9 Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be given 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the class. A 50% refund will be given after 30 days up until a week prior to the class when there will be no refund. Class fees may be transferred to another class up to 10 days prior to the date of the class depending upon availability.
