Shipping Information:
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the size, weight and destination zip code. If you are interested in having items shipped to you, please contact me to make arrangements. Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail, which generally takes 2 - 5 business days. I am dedicated to processing your order as quickly, efficiently and accurately as possible. All orders are processed and packed with care once payment is received. Items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your completed order. If you buy more than one item at the same time, shipping can be reduced depending on location and weight. Please contact me regarding free local (San Luis Obispo County, CA) delivery.
Rush or Priority Mail is available for an additional cost.

Exchanges/Returns:
Exchanges/returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be in the original unused, unworn condition as it was shipped. Please notify me immediately via e-mail of your intent to exchange/return an item. Please note the reason for the return/exchange (ie.: received damaged, too big, not as expected, etc.) Return/exchange shipping costs cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the recipient. All returned merchandise must be insured. If items are not insured and are lost or damaged in transit, a refund will not be issued. Refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Any unauthorized return (sending a package back without contacting me first) will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
Items not eligible for refund or exchange:
You will not receive a refund or exchange after the 14 day return/exchange period has elapsed or if an item has been damaged by you. Example: You dropped the item and it shattered, or you cut it while opening the package, etc. I am not responsible for mis-use, mis-handling or any other actions attributable to the purchaser and/or carrier. (US Post Office).
Shortages:
Please notify me via email, within 24 hours of receiving an order that an item is missing. The missing item in your order will be shipped to you immediately.
